Job Requirements
- Ability to work any of the crew member positions
- Availability to work part-time hours
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking and cleaning
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
- Willingness to follow all safety and health protocols
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions
- Flexibility to perform various duties throughout the restaurant
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or food service environment is advantageous
- Ability to operate food service equipment safely and effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions
- Understanding of health, safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers
- Be pleasant and alert to customer needs
- Greet guests and process customer transactions quickly and accurately
- Prepare products following health and safety standards and guidelines
- Operate and maintain food, drink, treat related equipment and registers safely
- Keep work areas clean, stock and rotate products properly
- Assist with end of day cleaning and other maintenance tasks
- Work as a team member to assure quality, service, cleanliness and value
- Inform immediate supervisor promptly of all problems or unusual matters
- Perform other duties as requested by management or shift leaders
