Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- legally eligible to work in the location
- availability for various shifts including evenings and weekends
- physically able to perform tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication skills

- willingness to learn cooking skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- previous food service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- work confidently across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service that creates a friendly atmosphere
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- adhere to food safety and health regulations
- collaborate with team members to ensure fast and efficient service
- participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities
