Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- effective communication skills
- capability to interact frequently in a busy, loud indoor environment
Job Qualifications
- must be 16 years of age or older
- comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience in a high-volume customer-facing role is ideal but not required
- customer service or sales experience considered a bonus
- able to sit, stand, and move for long periods
- able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues
- provide a friendly and memorable customer experience
- maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment
- monitor trampoline courts and ensure guest safety
- assist in cafe operations including food and beverage service
- host parties and manage event coordination
- support front desk membership sales and customer inquiries
