Job Requirements
- Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time
- ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
- ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
- must be 16 years of age or older
- able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

- comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role is ideal but not required
- customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus
- able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Monitor court safety and enforce park rules
- assist guests with their needs and provide excellent customer service
- operate cafe equipment and handle food service duties
- manage party hosting activities and ensure events run smoothly
- handle front desk operations including membership sales and guest check-ins
- maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the park
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
