Job Requirements

Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time
ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
must be 16 years of age or older
able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Job Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or older
comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role is ideal but not required
customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus
able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Job Duties

Monitor court safety and enforce park rules
assist guests with their needs and provide excellent customer service
operate cafe equipment and handle food service duties
manage party hosting activities and ensure events run smoothly
handle front desk operations including membership sales and guest check-ins
maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the park
communicate effectively with team members and guests
