- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is a bonus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods

Job Duties
- Monitor court safety and enforce park rules
- Assist guests with all inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Support party hosting activities including setup and guest coordination
- Manage front desk tasks including membership sales and appointment scheduling
- Handle café operations such as food and beverage preparation and sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth park operations
