Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift and move cases and containers up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work in different temperature environments
- Must have the ability to move quickly and respond to multiple customers per hour
- Must be able to read and recall order monitors accurately
- Must follow food handling and local health regulations
- Must exhibit good personal hygiene and manners
- Must be able to work under pressure in a high volume setting
- Must communicate clearly with co-workers and management
- Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in and outside the building
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment advantageous
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in food preparation
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Basic skills in operating kitchen and chill equipment
- Strong teamwork skills
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Assemble and present completed treat orders including stocking and cleaning customer areas
- Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order fulfillment
- Prepare treat products following restaurant health and safety standards
- Operate and maintain restaurant equipment and chill equipment safely
- Work as a team member to ensure consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and value
- Clean work areas, organize and stock needed items
- Stock and rotate products properly
- Complete assigned prep work for chill area setup
- Control food production processes
- Break down and thoroughly clean chill area daily
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as washing counters, tables, restrooms, and trash management
- Inform supervisors promptly of any problems or significant matters
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Operate chill area according to established company standards
- Ensure fast, accurate, and safe treat production
- Foster positive working relationships with restaurant employees
- Communicate significant issues to management
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and moving heavy containers
- Work efficiently under high volume and pressure
- Travel quickly within customer service areas
- Adapt to different temperature ranges and stand for extended periods
- Read and recall order information accurately
- Practice established food handling procedures and local health regulations
- Exhibit good manners, hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness
