Job Requirements

  • food quality that meets Jersey Mike's specifications and high-quality standards
  • providing customer service at the highest level possible throughout the restaurant
  • must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • ability to safely use food preparation equipment
  • follow store standards and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • 0-1 year experience in food service
  • 0-1 year experience in cash handling
  • customer service skills
  • ability to interact with customers and co-workers consistently
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • provide food that meets Jersey Mike's specifications and high-quality standards
  • provide service that is above and beyond for the customer
  • maintain a clean store and workplace
  • set up of the store, including food preparation
  • practice food safety and sanitation, including cleaning, sweeping, mopping
  • use slicer (18 years old and above only)
  • use tomato slicer (17 years old and above only)
  • follow directives of General Manager in execution of responsibilities
