Job Requirements
- food quality that meets Jersey Mike's specifications and high-quality standards
- providing customer service at the highest level possible throughout the restaurant
- must have reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to safely use food preparation equipment
- follow store standards and safety protocols
- commitment to company goals
Job Qualifications
- 0-1 year experience in food service
- 0-1 year experience in cash handling
- customer service skills
- ability to interact with customers and co-workers consistently
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- provide food that meets Jersey Mike's specifications and high-quality standards
- provide service that is above and beyond for the customer
- maintain a clean store and workplace
- set up of the store, including food preparation
- practice food safety and sanitation, including cleaning, sweeping, mopping
- use slicer (18 years old and above only)
- use tomato slicer (17 years old and above only)
- follow directives of General Manager in execution of responsibilities
