Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role is ideal but not required
Customer service or sales experience is a bonus
Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods

Job Duties

Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues
Provide a friendly and memorable customer experience
Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment
Monitor trampoline courts and ensure guest safety
Assist in cafe operations including order taking and food service
Host parties and facilitate event activities
Manage front desk operations and assist with membership sales
