Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- minimum of one year restaurant experience
- strong work ethic
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- availability for part-time or full-time schedules
- capable of standing for extended periods
- ability to follow food safety guidelines and company policies
Job Qualifications

- familiarity with seafood preparation preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to Ivar’s recipes and quality standards
- cook seafood and other menu items safely and efficiently
- operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- assist in stocking and inventory management
- support team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed
