Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- Ability to effectively read, speak, write, and communicate
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests
- Be a team player with a great attitude
- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Exhibit readiness to perform role by wearing clean and wrinkle-free uniform and showing up on time
- Prioritize and complete tasks essential to store operations
- Adhere to Papa Murphy's store performance standards
- Comply with all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Greet guests and create a welcoming environment
- Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- Keep assigned area neat, clean, and well stocked
- Work all counter stations or other assigned stations
- Assist guests in menu selection, review specials, handle club cards, and participate in add-on sales
- Wrap pizzas properly and give verbal baking instructions
- Present orders within the 3-minute door-to-door service time
- Assist guests with carrying pizzas or holding doors
- Follow proper cash, check, credit card, and food stamp transactions
- Ring up orders and follow cash handling procedures
- Process voids, refunds, coupons, and gift certificates with supervisor assistance
- Complete operating and safety knowledge of mixer, sheeter, and dicer if needed
- Make products following portion charts within performance standard times
- Store and rotate products to ensure quality
- Mix dough and prepare dough balls to standard
- Sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts to standard
- Perform duties of runner or dish person as directed
