Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
willingness to undergo training for all restaurant stations
ability to stand and move for extended periods
availability for full or part-time shifts
pass any required background checks
comply with food safety standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication skills
enthusiastic and friendly attitude
willingness to learn and take on various roles within the restaurant
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand daily
work confidently at grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations
provide exceptional customer service
create a friendly atmosphere for customers
participate in training and development programs
uphold company standards of food quality and safety
collaborate effectively with team members
