Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- Ability to reach items from six inches to six feet off the ground
- Ability to safely and correctly use restaurant equipment including dough mixer and sheeter machine (must be 18 or older for certain equipment)
- Ability to work outside holding a sign (must be 18 or older)
- Ability to apply pressure to cut through and clean products
- Ability to count, separate, and weigh food products and inventory
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to understand directions and instructions
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States as required by US Department of Justice
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to work approximately 20 hours per week
- Dependable and hard-working
- Able to handle pressure situations and stress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude towards others
- Ability to understand and follow directions and instructions
- Ability to perform essential job functions
- Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred
Job Duties
- Serve customers according to Little Caesars customer service standards
- Prepare high-quality products consistently by following recipes and procedures
- Display the proper image as outlined in the orientation and training handbook
- Clean and organize workstations and assigned areas to maintain restaurant standards
- Practice safety and security procedures as defined in training materials
- Follow company policies and standards of conduct
- Receive direction from management and training materials to perform job effectively
- Use established procedures and tools for taking and preparing customer orders
- Be proficient at multiple Pizza Pride Production System stations and work at different stations as needed
