Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- Ability to effectively read, speak, write, and communicate
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests
- Be a team player with a great attitude
- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Exhibit readiness to perform role by wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and showing up on time
- Prioritize and complete tasks critical to store operation
- Adhere to Papa Murphy's store performance standards
- Comply with all sanitation and safety standards
- Greet guests to create a welcoming environment
- Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- Keep assigned area neat, clean, and well-stocked
- Work all counter or other assigned stations
- Assist guests with menu selections, specials, and club cards
- Participate in add-on sales
- Wrap pizzas properly and give verbal baking instructions
- Present order to guest within 3-minute service time
- Assist guests to their cars or hold doors open
- Follow proper cash, check, credit card and food stamp transaction procedures
- Ring up orders and handle cash properly
- Follow void/refund procedures
- Process coupons and gift certificates with supervision
- Learn and operate mixer, sheeter, and dicer if needed
- Make products following portion charts and time standards
- Store and rotate products before and after prepping
- Mix dough and prepare dough balls as needed
- Sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts
- Perform duties of runner or dish person as directed
