Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food Handlers Card or Serve Safe certification required
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Ability to stand and walk regularly
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling or crouching
- Ability to perform cleaning duties
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance

Job Duties
- Exhibit readiness to perform role by wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and showing up at the assigned time
- Prioritize and complete tasks critical to store operation
- Adhere to Papa Murphy's store performance standards
- Comply with all sanitation and safety standards
- Greet guests and create a welcoming environment
- Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- Keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
- Work all counter stations or other assigned stations
- Assist guests in menu selection and review specials
- Handle club cards and participate in add-on sales
- Properly wrap pizzas and communicate baking instructions
- Present orders within 3-minute service time
- Assist guests with carrying pizzas and holding doors
- Follow proper cash, check, credit card, and food stamp transactions
- Ring up orders and follow proper cash handling
- Follow void/refund procedures and process coupons and gift certificates
- Learn to operate mixer, sheeter, and dicer
- Mix dough and prepare pizza crusts to standard
- Store and rotate products to ensure quality
- Perform runner and dish duties as directed
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
