Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service consistently
- Demonstrate proper personal hygiene and food safety practices
- Maintain a neat and well-groomed uniformed appearance
- Follow restaurant policies on attendance and team conduct
- Assist guests with product knowledge and promotions
- Adhere to company safety standards
- Complete Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist accurately
- Handle guest comments promptly and courteously
- Perform primary and secondary position responsibilities timely
- Support backup tasks as needed
- Assist with odd job tasks upon manager request
- Answer telephone courteously within three rings
- Prepare quality products with portion control and presentation
- Attend all team member meetings
