Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Support and engage in continuous learning and skill development
- Uphold company values related to sustainability and food quality
