Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location
Possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Demonstrate passion for helping and serving others
Show desire to learn how to cook extensively
Be available for full or part-time shifts as required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service is advantageous but not required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Follow Chipotle's food safety and quality standards
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstations and dining areas
Participate in training programs and development opportunities
Support and embody the company’s mission and values in everyday tasks
