Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Availability for full or part-time shifts
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in foodservice is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Support training and development of new team members
- Uphold Chipotle's commitment to food quality and sustainability
- Assist in daily restaurant operational tasks as needed
