Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location
- No prior experience required but a passion for learning and service is essential

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Participate in training programs to build skills and knowledge
- Support team members in delivering a quality guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold Chipotle's values
