Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Availability to work full-time or part-time
Willingness to learn and work at various restaurant stations
Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand every day
Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
Provide exceptional customer service
Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Participate in training and development programs
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
Support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth operations
