Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to utilize restaurant equipment including headsets, registers and grills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to company guidelines
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to help fellow crew and customers
- Desire to learn new skills and be part of a team
- Ability to stand and move during most or all of a shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service environment is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Wendy's brand standards
- Operate restaurant equipment including registers, grills and headsets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and work areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
- Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies consistently
