Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 28 hours part-time or 40 hours full-time
  • Professional, neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
  • Visible tattoos must be appropriate
  • Facial piercings may not be worn except clear spacers
  • Ability to learn health codes and procedures quickly
  • Ability to learn and operate point-of-sale system
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check
  • Ability to become Food Handler Certified within 30 days
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted and 50 lbs assisted
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to use knives and sharp objects safely
  • Must work scheduled hours physically present
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
  • Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively in difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a quick service restaurant setting preferred but not required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 28 hours per week part-time or 40 hours full-time
  • Professional, neat appearance with appropriate grooming standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish a plus
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to operate a point-of-sale system
  • Understanding of health codes and food safety procedures
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check
  • Ability to obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 days

Job Duties

  • Provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Address all housekeeping duties throughout the restaurant
  • Operate point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Assemble orders quickly and accurately according to customer preferences
  • Safely operate fryers and cooking equipment following safety protocols
  • Lead kitchen operations at the grill station with attention to food quality and cooking techniques
  • Prepare fresh produce and manage food stock and rotation
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety across all restaurant areas
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
