Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Must be able to become Food Handler Certified within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted and 50 lbs assisted
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods with bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to safely work with knives and other sharp objects using proper PPE
  • Ability to multitask and work under stressful conditions
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tactful communication
  • Professional appearance with permissible visible tattoos and limited facial piercings

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a quick service restaurant setting preferred but not required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 28 hours part-time or 40 hours full-time per week
  • Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to quickly learn health codes and food handling procedures
  • Experience or ability to quickly learn a Point-of-Sale system
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
  • Ability to read and adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide an outstanding customer experience for every customer
  • Address all housekeeping duties throughout the restaurant
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Assemble customer orders according to specifications
  • Prepare food items at fry and grill stations following safety standards
  • Oversee prep station tasks including stocking and dishwashing
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store
