Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and lift objects weighing between 25 to 50 pounds
- Capability to operate equipment including headset for order taking and direction

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous fast food or customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to use restaurant equipment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner
- Prepare and serve quality menu items according to Wendy's standards
- Operate registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Use restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, slicers, and warmers safely and effectively
- Follow safety and food hygiene policies and procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
