Job Requirements

must be 16 years of age or older
able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to remain stationary and move around the park for extended periods
ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
comfortable communicating in a busy, loud indoor environment

Job Qualifications

must be 16 years of age or older
comfortable engaging with large groups of people
able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
previous experience in high volume customer-facing roles is a plus
customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus
able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Job Duties

monitor court safety and ensure guest compliance with park rules
cafe food and beverage preparation and service
host birthday parties and special events
assist with front desk membership sales and customer inquiries
maintain cleanliness and organization of the park
provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues
communicate effectively with team members and management
