Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have the ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Show passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Desire to learn how to cook extensively
- Available to work full-time or part-time shifts as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or retail customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Enthusiasm for learning and growth
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth restaurant operations
- Follow Chipotle's policies and procedures strictly to ensure quality and consistency
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
- Support sustainability and company initiatives in day-to-day activities
