- Must be 16 years of age
- dependable and have a great smile
- possess a positive attitude
- ability to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
- capable of using restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill
- follow brand standards and guidelines
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- able to pitch in and help fellow crew and customers

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- prepare and serve food according to Wendy's standards
- follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- operate restaurant equipment such as registers and grills

- assist with cash handling and register operations
- support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
