Job Requirements

Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to be flexible based on restaurant business needs
Effective communication skills
Basic math and reading skills
Willing to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
General knowledge of food service or retail preferred but not required

Job Duties

Taking orders and making accurate change quickly
Providing food service to guests with enthusiasm
Packaging all menu items and checking for quality and consistency
Preparing drinks and ice cream treats
Preparing food orders, cooking on the grill, operating the fry station
Cleaning the drive-in restaurant including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter-tops, sanitizing food areas
