Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively in a busy indoor environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role is ideal but not required
- Customer service or sales experience considered a bonus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- Able to lift minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and memorable customer experience
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues
- Monitor court areas to ensure safety compliance
- Assist in café operations and food service
- Host parties and special events
- Manage front desk membership sales and customer interactions
