Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Able to operate restaurant equipment such as headset, register and grill
- Willingness to learn and adhere to brand standards
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide prompt, efficient service
- Prepare and assemble food items according to Wendy's quality standards
- Handle cash register operations including processing transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Follow food safety and restaurant brand guidelines strictly
- Assist team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to promote a positive experience
