Job Description
The role of a food service team member at this Cleveland location is pivotal to the establishment's success. This position involves a variety of responsibilities including accurately assembling food orders within specified time frames to meet customer expectations. Team members are also charged with maintaining cleanliness and safety across the dining area, restrooms, and all workspaces to uphold sanitation standards. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required to work by state and federal law
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to lift 5 to 6 pounds and hold stationary for up to 5 seconds with both hands
- Ability to hear food orders via headphones or intercom system
- Ability to work at a 3-foot hamburger grilling station
- Ability to stand for extended periods up to 6 hours
- Ability to reach up to 55 inches high and 4 feet deep
- Willingness to work variable shifts if needed

Job Duties
- Ensure all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area
- Prepare, portion, and serve hot food orders per customer requests including sandwiches, chili, baked potatoes, and fries
- Stock, portion, and serve beverages
- Operate cash register according to cash operations policies
- Take orders from customers personally and from intercom system, interface with customers and provide quality service
- Prep store for opening
- Close store including restocking supplies and cleaning facilities, food preparation, and storage units
