Job Requirements

Must be 16 years old or older
Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle and feel
Ability to reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
Ability to work in conditions exposed to high heat and cooking oils
Must follow all company policies and procedures
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Must be available for full-time shifts

Job Qualifications

No prior experience or training required
High school diploma preferred but not mandatory
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers, multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
Capable of performing basic arithmetic using units of money, weight, volume, and distance
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
Capable of dealing with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
Crew Leader Certification
Shift Supervisor Certification

Job Duties

Greets the customer
Suggests sales and answers questions about products
Records the customer's order
Stages customers in serpentine area to maintain a smooth customer flow
Selects requested food items from serving or storage areas and assembles items on serving tray or in takeout bag
Serves cold drinks, hot beverages, and desserts
Receives payment
Assists customers with questions or complaints
Retrieves raw food stock and places at appropriate station for preparation
Performs duties to prepare food
Maintains orderly eating and serving areas
Ensures that he or she follows all company issued policies and procedures
