- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work flexible schedules during park operational hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

- Previous experience in high volume, customer facing roles preferred but not required
- Customer service or sales experience considered a bonus

Job Duties
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues
- Provide a friendly and memorable customer experience
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment
- Monitor trampoline courts and ensure safety compliance
- Assist in party hosting and event coordination
- Manage front desk operations and membership sales
- Operate the café and handle food service tasks
