Job Duties

  • Maintain a fast speed of service
  • Resolve questions and concerns of guests
  • Follow safety and security procedures
  • Follow the DHC Training Program to learn new skills and responsibilities
  • Communicate with supervisors for additional training guidance
  • Greet guests and record orders with a positive attitude
  • Prepare menu items following cooking instructions and safety procedures
  • Use kitchen equipment such as ice cream dispensers and fryers
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness including clearing tables and sanitizing high-touch areas
  • Handle guests' concerns professionally according to policy
  • Maintain a neat appearance by adhering to uniform policy
  • Understand and meet performance expectations
  • Follow directions given by restaurant management
