Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Ability to work flexible schedule during operational hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferably some experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

- Previous customer-facing experience preferred but not required
- Customer service or sales experience considered a bonus
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Monitor courts to ensure guest safety and compliance with park rules
- Assist guests with questions and provide excellent customer service
- Clean and maintain park areas including café and party rooms
- Handle party hosting duties including setup, engagement, and cleanup
- Process membership sales and manage front desk operations
- Support team members to ensure smooth park operations
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a busy environment
