Job Duties
- Trains to be familiar with FOH and BOH workstations to include greeting guests in-person and on the phone, taking orders in our POS system, breading and frying chicken, saucing, assembling orders, food prep, and washing dishes
- helps deliver our promise of amazing food by keeping all workstations clean, organized, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- delivers gold standard experiences to all customers by being genuine and friendly, resolving any questions, concerns, or complaints that may arise
- contributes as needed to wider Wings Over efforts to achieve store goals and sales growth
- maintains regular and punctual attendance
- maintains a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the Wings Over uniform and adhering to our Wings Over dress code
- other related duties as assigned
