Job Requirements

Previous moving experience is required
Must have a great attitude, be reliable, hardworking, and a team player
Physical stamina to lift and carry 60 pounds repeatedly
Must be willing to submit a criminal background check
Must be 21 years old or older
Must have a valid driver’s license (NO CDL required)
Must have a clean driving record

Job Duties

Leading a team of movers to ensure efficient and safe moving operations
Packing and handling techniques
Using moving tools and supplies including plastic wrap, blanket pads, straps, and dollies
Physically loading and unloading goods, materials, and equipment
Delivering a high level of customer service with the ability to address customer concerns and issues on-site
Applying sales techniques in the field
Being a team player and supporting your team
Taking pride in delivering great work
