Job Requirements

Ability to come to work promptly and regularly
Ability to stand for long periods
Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds)
Ability to complete all applicable training programs

Job Qualifications

Ability to take direction and work well with others
Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames

Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures

Ability to use headset to take customer orders or to give or take direction
Ability to use general restaurant equipment such as warmer, fryer, slicer, grill
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements

Job Duties

Ensure all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals
Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area
Prepare, portion, and serve hot food orders per customer requests such as sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries
Stock, portion, and serve beverages
Operate cash register according to cash operations policies
Take orders from customers personally and from the intercom system, interface with customers and provide top quality service
Assist in prepping restaurant for opening and closing
