Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- pass any required background checks or employment screenings
- be physically able to perform tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
- legally authorized to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus but not required
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to various stations

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand without freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- adhere to food safety and quality standards
- participate in training and development programs
