Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and lift items and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to work with hot, cold and potentially hazardous restaurant equipment
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be honest and hardworking
- Must be willing to learn and work as part of a team

- Report to General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Leaders
- Complete job responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a harmonious working environment that will maximize morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness
- Always be a positive representative of Sterling Restaurants in the community
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
