Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

  • Desire to learn how to cook extensively
  • Legal authorization to work in the country
  • Availability for full or part-time shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food service or fast-paced environment is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic attitude and passion for helping and serving others
  • Willingness to learn new cooking and food preparation skills
  • At least 16 years of age

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve fresh food at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operation and uphold food safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to develop skills and knowledge
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
