Job Requirements

be at least 16 years old
ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
friendly, enthusiastic attitude
passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
desire to learn extensive food preparation skills

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

prepare food fresh daily at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly restaurant atmosphere
maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
collaborate effectively with team members
learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
actively participate in training and development opportunities
