Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food Handlers Card or Serve Safe certification required
- Ability to effectively read, speak, write and communicate
- Basic math skills required
- Regularly stand and walk
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables, sweeping, and mopping
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance

Job Duties
- Wear a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and arrive on time
- Prioritize and complete tasks essential to store operation
- Adhere to sanitation and safety standards
- Greet guests and create a welcoming environment
- Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- Keep assigned areas neat, clean, and well stocked
- Perform duties assigned by immediate supervisor
- Work all counter stations or assigned stations and assist guests with menu selections and sales
- Wrap pizzas properly and provide verbal baking instructions
- Present orders within the 3-minute door to door service time
- Assist guests with carrying pizzas if necessary
- Follow proper cash handling and transaction procedures
- Process coupons and gift certificates per supervisor guidance
- Complete operating and safety tasks related to mixer, sheeter, and dicer
- Follow portion charts for making products according to performance standards
- Store and rotate products to ensure quality
- Mix dough to recipe and store crusts to standard
- Perform runner or dish duties as directed
