Broad Ripple Pizza and Papa Speedway LLC are franchisees of Papa Murphy's, a popular take-and-bake pizza company known for delivering fresh, high-quality pizzas that customers can bake at home. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Must be a team player with a great attitude
- Basic math skills required
- Regularly stand and walk
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables, sweeping, and mopping
- Lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance at work

Job Duties
- Exhibit readiness to perform role by wearing clean and wrinkle-free uniform and arriving on time
- Prioritize and complete tasks essential to store operations
- Adhere to Papa Murphy's store performance standards
- Comply with all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Greet guests to create a welcoming environment
- Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in assigned areas
- Perform all tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
- Work all front of house counter stations or assigned stations
- Assist guests with menu selection, specials, and add-on sales
- Properly wrap pizzas and provide baking instructions
- Present orders within 3-minute door to door service time
- Assist guests with carrying pizzas and holding doors
- Follow proper cash, check, credit card, and food stamp transaction procedures
- Ring up orders and adhere to cash handling techniques
- Perform void/refund procedures as needed
- Process coupons and gift certificates with supervisor assistance
- Learn and operate mixer, sheeter, and dicer equipment as needed
- Prepare all products following portion charts and job aids
- Store and rotate products to ensure quality
- Mix dough and prepare dough balls to standard
- Sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts to standard
- Perform restocking or dishwashing duties as directed
