Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional and friendly customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Follow health and safety standards in food preparation and service
  • Learn and adopt Chipotle’s values and sustainable food practices
  • Engage in training programs to build skills and advance within the company
