Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Must comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to restaurant procedures
  • Pass background check if required

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to Chipotle’s recipes and standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations as trained
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
  • Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
  • Follow health and safety procedures
  • Attend training sessions and participate in development opportunities
