Job Duties
- Prepare food items following Chipotle's recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Operate and maintain cleanliness at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Engage in training sessions to build skills and confidence in multiple roles
- Support the restaurant's mission by embodying values of quality, sustainability, and customer focus
