Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer-facing role is ideal but not required
- Customer service or sales experience considered a bonus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues
- Provide friendly and memorable customer experiences
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment
- Monitor the safety of trampoline courts and enforce park rules
- Assist customers in the cafe and food service areas
- Host parties and coordinate event activities
- Handle front desk membership sales and customer inquiries
