Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude

- willingness to learn cooking skills and food preparation

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment beneficial but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- participate in company-provided training programs
- uphold cleanliness and food safety standards
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- adapt to various roles as needed to support team and customer needs
- promote and practice sustainable and responsible food handling
