Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • pass applicable background checks and health screenings
  • legally authorized to work in the country of employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality is beneficial but not required
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand every day
  • operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
  • support team members and collaborate effectively
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • follow health and safety standards
  • participate in training and development programs
